"Tölz is a very health-conscious city," said spa director Brita Hohenreiter. "Since then we have had almost 1,000 individual events here every year," said Hohenreiter.

Therefore there was an extensive program on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It started with a fitness course set up by the Bad Tölz gymnastics club, also a vitality center partner. "We are really happy to finally come into direct contact with people again," said TV spokesman Christian Haas.

The kids were also taken care of: the TV hosted an “Olympics” for the little ones in the spa park and there was even a special children's yoga class. The city is open to such offers. Nutritionist Ursula Schöller presented three detoxifying dishes for everyday life: Zucchini zoodles, a detox smoothie with medicinal herbs and a quinoa salad.

"You can also get full with vegetables," she said.

With her cooking insert, Schöller wanted to emphasize that "detoxifying nutrition is especially important in everyday life and cannot be dealt with just once in a cure," she explained.

The specialist lectures on the subject of Kneipp were also well attended, as was the so-called “pleasure road”.

There was vegan food from the Tölz “Café in the South” as well as all sorts of information about cooking with essential oils.
