Question from Magali
Will the sanitary pass be compulsory to spend your holidays at the campsite?
If the vaccination is not complete, will it be necessary to repeat a test every two days?
Dear Magali,
No, the health pass will not be compulsory to spend your holidays on a campsite this summer, nor in tourist residences, according to information from the National Federation of Outdoor Hotels. As a reminder, the health pass, whether in paper or digital format, makes it possible to prove a person's immunity against Covid-19 using one of the following three documents: a negative RT-PCR or antigen test ; the certificate of recovery from Covid-19; the vaccination certificate. It allows campers to be exempted from systematic tests.
But for holidaymakers with an incomplete vaccination schedule (a single dose for example, as is your case), the National Federation of Outdoor Hotels (FNHPA) is still waiting. A decree will be published by the government in the coming days to specify certain details: modalities of implementation of the measures, frequency of tests, minimum age, reliability of controls ....
"Whatever the case, the operators of campsites will put everything in place to facilitate the control of the health pass or recent antigenic tests for access to spaces or activities that require it from July 21 and from August 1, in accordance with the authorities' announcements ”
, reassures the spokesperson for the federation, echoing the dates when the health pass will be extended to leisure places bringing together more than 50 people, then in a second step to bars and restaurants.
The objective: to have an efficient operational system, which preserves health, but also summer vacations.
Have a nice trip !
