Without doubt we must begin by recalling our history.
Before World War II, we had been alone.
After our independence we decided never to be alone again.
Given our location and the size of our neighbor, we need to find friends and allies.
This is why we are with France in the Sahel as we were with the United States in Afghanistan.
On the other hand, Estonia's security begins in Africa or other parts of the world.
