As concern grows about the third wave of covid-19 that is passing through Mexico, President Andrés Manuel López Obrador announced that face-to-face classes will resume from August.
"We are going to restart classes, ultimately. There is nothing to prevent it," said the president.
The decision is known after the Ministry of Health reported a rebound of 11,137 cases in relation to the previous day, the highest figure since February this year.
