On July 20, the day of the friend, Amado Boudou will begin to enjoy probation.

The Chamber of Cassation reduced the fulfillment of the terms of his sentence for corruption in the Ciccone case by one month and with that decision, he will already be serving two-thirds of his sentence in five days.

On December 3, the Supreme Court of Justice unanimously confirmed that Amado Boudou was responsible for the crimes of bribery and incompatible negotiations for the sale of the former chalcographic Ciccone.

He is still at his home with a moderation of his arrest and with the decision of the Chamber of Cassation, he will no longer return to prison.

The former vice president has already obtained, based on the Law of Educational Stimulus, a reduction of ten months of the terms of his sentence.

However, his lawyers asked that another class of completed studies be computed and that he have one more month left of the sentence.

The ruling was favorable and thus, as confirmed by his defense, on July 20 he will already be serving two-thirds of his sentence.

This means you agree to parole.
