On this summer morning, many pedestrians, scooters and cyclists pass allée André-Breton, in the heart of Paris.
This pedestrian path crosses the Jardin des Halles, not far from the Saint-Eustache church and the Canopy which overlooks the Forum.
It connects the rue Montorgueil to that of the Pont-Neuf: it is a very frequented place.
In the basement is a shopping center as well as one of the largest underground stations in the Paris region, where several metro and RER lines converge.
On the surface, the coexistence between the various “soft” modes of travel does not always go well.

In question: the excessive speed of scooters, self-service electric bicycles or the rarest gyroroues, grouped under the administrative term of motorized personal transport vehicles (EDPM).
