Hama Education Director Yahya Munjid said in a statement to SANA reporter that the initiative team, which was formed in this regard, includes 30 teachers, administrators and psychological counselors who have a great deal of competence and professionalism with the aim of improving educational work and proposing solutions and ideas that serve to advance it by broadening awareness, refining the talents of students and students, and developing Their skills, intellectual and psychological faculties, and organizing scientific trips.

Head of the Educational Guidance Division and the owner of the initiative’s idea, Yasser Al-Sabr, indicated that the team is concerned with all Hama schools to find solutions to the educational and administrative problems they face in order to reach the highest levels of work while dedicating the values ​​of patriotism and belonging to it in an attractive educational manner, noting that each member of the initiative team is responsible for training 100 Teacher and administrator working according to the initiative guide developed by the team for the academic year 2021-2022.

He pointed out that the team members have high personal qualities and self-skills, and they are positive people in work and life and are able to develop educational work in Hama governorate according to a hierarchical system to form the largest possible base in targeting the educational community.

Basil Waqf, a member of the Mobaderoon team, said that the initiative also aims to keep abreast of developments in the educational process and prepare teachers to deal with the new curricula and give them to students in the required manner to ensure the desired goal, adding that the initiative has an ambitious action plan that it is working to achieve through the combined efforts of all its members who are expected to Many new workers in the educational field join it.

Dima Basbous and Khitam Abdel Karim, members of the initiative, indicated that the team strives to combine the theoretical information that students and students receive within the curricula with practical experience by intensifying scientific and recreational trips to various production and work sites, tourist attractions and archaeological monuments, and relying on students’ simulation of puppet games, finger puppets and shadow imaginations. In conveying the idea and information to them in a pleasant and fun way.
