A three-level fire broke out in Palxiang.
At about 4:40 in the morning, the authorities received a report that two tin huts caught fire in Shapu Village, outside the village office.
Upon receiving the report, the firefighter rushed to the scene and found that the fire was violent and spread to another nearby village house.
The firefighters dispatched three breathing apparatus teams and activated three jets to fight the blaze, but the fire was still not under control. By 5 am, as many as 4 tin huts were caught in the flames. The area of the fire was about 10 meters by 10 meters.
The fire alarm was upgraded to No. 3 at 5:28 in the morning.
According to preliminary information, the authorities have not received reports of casualties.
Ambulancemen are waiting at the entrance of the village.
It is reported that the tin house that caught fire was unoccupied, but because the fire scene was close to the residential houses, more than 20 villagers had to be evacuated to a safe place temporarily.
