The Russian health authorities recorded an unprecedented increase in the number of deaths from the Corona virus for the third consecutive day, while the number of new infections with the virus again exceeded 25,000.
And “Russia Today” website quoted the Russian Operations Room to combat the Corona virus as saying in a statement today that 25,293 new infections and 791 deaths were recorded during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of infections in the country to five million and 882,295 cases, including 146069 deaths.
Yesterday, Russia recorded 23,827 cases of the virus, and 786 deaths.
