In a new report submitted on July 15, the Court of Auditors examined with a laser the management of the Institut de France and the five academies (Académie française, Académie des beaux-arts, Académie des sciences, Académie des inscriptions et belles-lettres , Academy of Moral and Political Sciences) between 2014 and 2020. Suffice it to say right away: there is no scandal to be eaten.
But they still observed an
“unbalanced financial situation”.
