A first air filter system is now enriching the Rudelzhausen elementary school.
The idea behind the donation was the marketing officer Pardis Spencer from the Holledau Golf Club.

- In cooperation with the primary school, the club and its sponsor hearing aids Rudolf Langer from Ingolstadt organize the subject "Golf as a school sport" once a week.
As is well known, this had to be omitted in Corona times, but one did not want to forget the school, so Spencer.
Around 4,000 euros included the purchase and installation of the ventilation device, which the municipality supported by obtaining a government grant of 1,750 euros.
Role model for others
This is a good start, said rector Maria Behr, whose school currently has 157 children in eight classes. Further ventilation devices are also conceivable in the other seven classrooms, the two specialist rooms and the location where the lunchtime care staff are located. Pardis Spencer saw the golf club's commitment as a “good thing for the children” and the campaign in general as a good example for other schools.
When asked, Behr explained the current situation: Currently, the mask requirement for the children at the seat is lifted, also for the teachers.
No mouth and nose protection has to be worn during breaks either.
Because the children had been expected to do a lot with distance and alternating lessons in the previous months, the school year in Rudelzhausen now ends with three more eventful points: the national youth games as well as a day of games and a day of hiking.
