As it turned out, the driver had consumed alcohol and drugs.
Regensburg - On Wednesday (July 14th) the police noticed a loud vehicle at around 6:45 p.m. that was on the road in Landshuter Straße, as the Regensburg * police wrote in a report.
During the inspection, the officers found that the car's exhaust system had been modified.
The permissible noise emission was clearly exceeded, which meant that the vehicle's operating license was no longer valid.
In order to be able to draw up an appraisal, the police secured the car.

Pre-tests also revealed that the 19-year-old driver was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
She therefore had to undergo a blood test, which confirmed the result.
Administrative offense proceedings were initiated against the novice driver.
They are now facing a fine of several hundred euros.
She is also banned from driving for one month.
