"Although I majored in marketing, I have access to business law, human resource management, e-marketing and business strategy and other knowledge, covering a wide range of areas. She is currently working as a Product Specialist in a multinational medical supplies company. Her job requires a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, formulating different product sales plans and shaping the image.

She will also collect customers' opinions to improve the quality of products and services.

She said that internships at different institutions during school hours help to adapt to the workplace culture: "I used to intern at the Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company. Thousands of employees in the Hong Kong Department come from all over the world. I have the opportunity to communicate with people of different ages and different positions to nurture me. Yandy said that the internship helped her strengthen her interpersonal communication and coordination skills, which helped her adapt to the workplace environment.

In addition to internships in the aviation industry, Yandy also had an internship in a large real estate company to experience how the business community can give back to the society. "I participated in various public relations projects and carried out promotional activities on development and environmental conservation issues, such as the revitalization of old buildings on Lamma Island, Projects such as helping farmland re-cultivation and protecting sea turtle laying grounds are very meaningful."

Yandy looks back on her university life, and overseas exchange has become one of the most memorable experiences, which is a milestone for her to establish a new learning model.

Recalling that during the six months of exchanges in Canada, I was trapped in the house due to not adapting to the environment at first, and I rarely participated in the discussion in class.

Fortunately, a teacher from Evergrande uncovered it over the ocean and gave her a song "Let it go", encouraging her to open up, step out of the room to feel the local life, and bravely step out of the comfort zone.

"The teacher encouraged me to try new things and integrate into the local life. Due to cultural differences, I always listened more than asked questions in class in Hong Kong. However, under the influence of the local learning atmosphere, I gradually became proactive and courageous in asking questions.
