The rivalries between gangs made a new victim in Essonne.
During the night from Thursday to Friday, a young man was seriously injured during a beating in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois.
"Unfortunately, we are once again confronted with gang wars," the Evry prosecutor's office confirms this Friday morning.
Between Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois and Saint-Michel-sur-Orge, it is quite usual.
The victim, originally from Saint-Michel-sur-Orge, was hospitalized with a vital prognosis.
According to a judicial source, the scene would have been filmed.
By mid-morning, no protagonist had been arrested.
The investigation was entrusted to the departmental security of Essonne.
Already on May 28, a 15-year-old young man, Dramane, was seriously injured with a hammer during a fight between young people from Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois and Saint-Michel-sur-Orge.
In early June, two minors aged 16 and 17 were indicted for "attempted murder" and imprisoned.
Essonne is particularly affected by this phenomenon of war between rival bands.
Last February, two young people, Toumani and Lilibelle, were killed in less than 24 hours during two separate brawls.
