The city of Bad Tölz has a new property manager.
Julia Peach took office on July 1st.
Very demanding tasks are already waiting for the 34-year-old.
Bad Tölz - One of her first areas of work is a pretty demanding task: the Hintersberg.
Julia Paech is the contact person for anyone interested in buying property in the new Tölzer residential area.
The 34-year-old has been the new property manager for the city of Bad Tölz since July 1st.
She succeeds Anita Bierschneider, who took over from Bettina Faßbender in July 2020.

Peach was previously a department head at the city of Freising
Paech now introduced himself to the finance committee.
She was born in Tölz and grew up in Holzkirchen.
Most recently she was employed in the Office for Real Estate and Economic Development of the City of Freising, most recently in the position of department head.
However, Paech, who lives in Holzkirchen, told the committee members that she was "drawn back home".
And so she applied in Bad Tölz.
