- At a celebration on the occasion of the last final exam, an 18-year-old drove a car through a group of people.

Several people had to jump aside, said a police spokesman on Saturday.

A 19-year-old was slightly injured in the foot.

The 18-year-old driver later stated that the reason for the trip was that the 19-year-old had hit and chased him.

That's why he fled by car.

Around 300 young people met on Friday evening near a pond in Freising.

The 18-year-old drove at too high a speed over a bridge on which, according to police, another 150 people gathered.

Officials on foot tried to stop the car and had to jump to the side themselves.

After about 100 to 200 meters the car stopped.

The 18-year-old and the three passengers were arrested.

The driver's license was provisionally revoked.

Among other things, he has to answer for dangerous interference in road traffic, dangerous bodily harm and resistance to law enforcement officers.
