Despite all the adversities of the Corona, the students at the Camerloher Gymnasium can be proud of themselves and their achievements.

- “Now we are no longer the big ones, but the former. And now it's time to try it out! ”This is how the Camerloher graduates Annika Drewes and Leonard Betz summed up in their closing speech. Because now the time had finally come: The high school graduates from the Camerloher Gymnasium Freising were allowed to receive their diplomas and thus start a completely new phase of life.
Despite all the adversities of the Corona, the students achieved a masterly performance, because with a final average of 1.90 the Camerloher were, according to the school management Andrea Bliese, once again significantly better than the national average. According to the school management, this is a terrific result that can no longer be blamed on Corona. Including four times the top grade 1.0 and other excellent overall performances, they would be very proud, but also especially those who have to learn a lot to turn things around again. The Absolvia 2021 went through the final exams with courage and great positive energy, despite numerous hardships such as the traditional Rome trip. Your teachers would have worked far beyond their limits and committed themselves to all levels,as well as the parents of the graduating students. Her own exhaustion, according to Bliese, was often put on the back burner and for that she thanked everyone involved with all her heart.
In a very touching speech, Bliese outlined the highlights of the school career of her pupils, including the trip to France in 2019 and the visit to the memorial for the children of Izieu.
The high school graduates are warm-hearted people with all the characteristics that are necessary for a successful life.
Because, according to Bliese, whoever has an open heart will always be able to find solutions.
You will remember incredibly good musicians and extremely committed young people who think about the future of the world.
Therefore, Blies also insisted: “Don't let yourself be persuaded that the Corona generation is a lost generation!
You bitterly had to do without, but you showed how strong you can be! ”There was also a piece of advice for the parents:“ Let go of your children, they can do it! ”
But Drewes and Betz also presented their final speech in a very charming way. In a very successful retrospective, they targeted the adversities of digital schooling. The graduates deliberately chose the motto “We feel good”, because for all of them the Camerloher had been an oasis of well-being to strengthen their talents from the start. Because the trip to Rome had to be canceled due to Corona, there were some photo montages - for example the students in front of the Coliseum. But now it's time to say goodbye, a vague description of the situation for many graduates. However, you could feel the enormous gratitude for your teachers, who did everything to guide you safely through the pandemic. According to Drewes and Betz, the Camerloher is an extraordinary school that cannot be compared with any other.According to Drewes, the atmosphere and, above all, the togetherness in everyday school life are completely unique.
The celebratory conclusion was split into three parts by the Camerloher, so that each graduate could take up to four relatives with them - who bowed with thunderous applause to the achievements of all those involved.
