World number one tennis player Novak Djokovic has announced that he will participate in the Tokyo Olympics, paving the way for a male player's first Golden Grand Slam. "I booked my flight to Tokyo and will proudly join #TeamSerbia for the Olympics," Djokovic tweeted. The Serbian has already won the Australian Open, French Open and Wimbledon titles this year and only needs Olympic gold and the US Open to become the first man to wipe out the Golden Grand Slam. The 34-year-old's announcement came just four days after he questioned his participation in the Games. After defeating Matteo Berrettini on Sunday for his sixth Wimbledon title and his twentieth career Grand Slam title, Djokovic admitted he cooled off making the trip, saying that the chance to go to Tokyo was "50/50".
