He says he is exasperated by the decisions taken by the current majority.

Closure of the Georges Pompidou route, pedestrianization of the Rue de Rivoli ... Any competition to reduce its clientele and make the city ugly, according to him: “

pedestrian areas change the clientele, the average ticket is lower and tastes are different.

»A net loss in turnover which will surely never be compensated.

If he is delighted with the success of his communication campaign, he does not want the Marais Paris committee to alienate the town hall: “

The goal is to be seen as partners, not enemies.

He would like the neighborhood merchants to be more involved and listened to when making decisions relating to land use planning.

An exchange that does not exist at the moment, he says: “

the municipality is organizing Zoom meetings, but everything has already been decided.

Ultimately, we are asked to choose the color of the flowerpots.

"

A commercial success

For the moment, this unisex t-shirt sold for 24 euros is enjoying some success. So much so that Patrick Aboukrat had several additional series printed to meet the demand: “

people from all walks of life come to buy it. I even have clients who come from the provinces.

"

The trader is not at his first attempt.

During the health crisis I took out another T-shirt with a design, the profits of which were intended for the foundation of hospitals in Paris.

He who defines himself as a "

militant trader

" denies any lucrative objective.

Regarding the #saccageparis t-shirt, he explains that he is part of the same process: “

I launched this project to make ourselves heard.

The money is only used to finance a communicator that we have hired to make people talk about us

”.

He is also thinking of launching #saccageparis stickers soon, to stick on shop windows.

If at first the majority had kicked in touch by denouncing attacks from the extreme right, it had finally changed its mind and admitted that improvements had to be made.
