The Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda has restarted the wells of “Fursa Valley, Tell Habs 1, and As-Suwayda 3”, after completing the necessary maintenance and repair work.
The Director of Maintenance and Investment in the Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda, Eng. Samih Nasr, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the “Sweida 3” well feeds the western region of the city of As-Suwayda, and the “Tal Habes 1” well serves the Salkhad area through tanks, while the “Furse of the Persians” well feeds the people of the area. It is located in the northeastern countryside of the province.
He pointed out to the follow-up of the Foundation's workshops to maintain and repair wells that fail, according to the priorities set.
The number of wells of the Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda, which are located in the investment, is about 250 wells distributed over the various regions of the governorate.
