The Algerian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 1,099 new infections and 16 deaths from the emerging coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
The Algerian News Agency quoted the ministry as saying in its daily report that the total number of HIV infections has so far reached 153,309, with 3,938 deaths, while the total number of recoveries has reached 105604.
Yesterday, Algeria recorded 1,107 new infections and 12 deaths from the Corona virus.
