A 24-year-old man was arrested and charged with attempted kidnapping of a 5-year-old boy in Queens, New York, according to the city's Police Department.
The man, who has not been publicly identified, faces charges of attempted kidnapping, reckless danger and acting in a harmful manner against a minor under 17 years of age.
The event was recorded on video by a surveillance camera on the street.
