The Historical Scientific Society organized an artistic activity in the town of Qismeen and its neighboring villages in the northern countryside of Lattakia, with the participation of talented children in playing, singing, poetry and short stories.

In a statement to SANA’s reporter, Ezz El-Din Ali, founder and president of the Historical Scientific Society, explained that this activity, entitled “Our Children, the Hope of Tomorrow,” targets young age groups, because these groups are the hope of tomorrow and the builders of the future.

Reem Saqr, a member of the Scientific Society's Board of Directors, explained that the event aims to encourage, nurture and support young talents.

In turn, the poet and writer Badi Soqour considered that the event, with its diverse and distinctive artworks, brings joy and reflects the richness of energies and talents of these age groups, which must be given care and attention for their development and development.

And the attention of the educational director, Etithal Ahmed, was drawn to the children's insistence on the joy that we desperately need in light of the war on Syria during the past years, which aimed primarily at killing the spirit of joy among the Syrian people, especially our children who are the mainstay of the future.

Journalist Mounir Ghanem expressed his happiness at the presence of these young talents, praising the efforts made to make the event a success.

As part of the activity, the two young women, Hanan and Raghad Hatem, presented musical pieces for violin and organ, which won the audience's admiration.

The young Gad Ibrahim, one of the winners of the first pioneers competition and a participant in the talent programs, also performed two musical pieces, "Cards" and "The Third Movement of Summer", amid the audience's interaction.

Ali and Haider Ismail participated in two musical pieces “To plant you in a garden of roses” and “My Home”, while the child Maya Ali recited a poem entitled “The Hero Martyr” and the young woman, Engy Qassem, recited a poem entitled “My Most Precious Country”.

Lujain Ibrahim, a music coach, participated with the child Judy and Jaida Ali by singing and playing the keyboard and violin, and presented the song “Tek Tik Ya Umm Suleiman” and the piece “Monamour”.

The child, Nour Wael Bishani, presented drawings on the prevention of the Corona pandemic, and another on nature.

The forum concluded with the distribution of certificates of appreciation to the participating children.
