Xueyou Club released the "Diploma Exam Candidate Stress Survey" in April this year. The results showed that among the nearly 2,000 interviewed candidates, more than 60% said that the stress stems from "worries about the future."
Zhou Zhifeng, the leader of the Xueyou Society Student Counseling Center and a registered social worker, suggested that candidates should maintain a normal social and leisure life and adequate rest to avoid being too idle and thinking wildly.
Students should also focus on the things that they can still work hard to change. Going out, doing exercises, watching, listening to music, etc. can all help reduce stress.
