Chen Xinyu, an instructor of the young and old Audition Dance Group and a Form 3 student, said that he has never taught the elderly to dance and is not sure about the level of the elderly. "I don't know how to arrange the difficult dance steps." He has spent more time studying and adjusting.

The project started in November of the previous year and lasted for 3 years. It was funded by the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund. More trainees are being recruited. Elderly men and women are welcome to participate. The plan also encourages the elderly to become "voluntary tutors" and set up dance troupes in other elderly centers in the district.
