During this morning (18), a roadblock was set up to intercept the 54-year-old private car driver. He was found to be suspected in April this year. He was sentenced to a 12-month suspension by the court for "driving without third party insurance."
The officer arrested him on suspicion of "driving during license suspension" and "driving without third party insurance." He has been released on bail pending further investigation and must report to the police in early August.
