Massive protests by Cuban exiles in the US support demands for "freedom" from the island

Hundreds of people asked this Saturday for "freedom and justice" for Cuba and demanded that the government of the president, Joe Biden, intervene to put an end to the regime. Meanwhile, the Cuban regime organized a massive rally while talking about more than 400 detainees.


Cuban Americans led massive marches in different cities this Saturday with the purpose of

demanding that the Biden government act in favor of "the freedom of Cuba"

and put an "end to the regime."

In Miami, hundreds of Cuban exiles crowded the vicinity of the Freedom Tower, a historic building in the center of the city, a symbol of hope for immigrants and refugees.  

To the cry of "freedom!"

"Homeland and life!"

and "We want action!", hundreds of protesters who carried Cuban flags and allusive banners,

demanded solidarity from the international community and protection for their compatriots on the island who are repressed by the regime 

of that country.  

A group of protesters, with their faces painted red, took to the streets of Washington DC to demand that the US government intervene militarily in Cuba in the face of the wave of protests that has taken place on the island.

“I think of the effort and sacrifice we have made in this country, leaving our land behind.

There is not going to be another opportunity, this is the moment, this is the moment ”, urged Cuban singer Joan Secada, one of the musical stars who participated in the demonstration that was called in Miai by other singers such as Emilio Estefan and Willy Chirino.
