The program provides free emotional support and parent-child classes to about 200 parents with children aged 3 to 6.

The content of the course mainly teaches parents the knowledge of brain science, the methods of expressing their own pressure, and the skills of communicating with children. Through role-playing and personal sharing, parents learn how to deal with their own and their children's negative emotions.

One of the participants of the course, Carol, who has a 4-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter, admitted that in the past, when facing a child’s sadness or anger, he would be "disgusted". Another parent, A Qing, who has two daughters, said that in the past, children liked to lose their temper, and the time for losing their temper could last for more than half an hour, which made her very distressed and did not know how to deal with it.

But through learning different communication skills in the course, she learns to talk face-to-face with her daughter, and find out the reasons for her unhappiness, so that her daughter can feel her mother's understanding and understanding.

She said that when her daughter had this channel to express and vent negative emotions, the time for crying was gradually shortened to less than a few minutes, and the distance between mother and daughter was also shortened. I speak...".
