Again a rescue helicopter had to land in the immediate vicinity of the Freising swimming pool at around 2.15 p.m. on Sunday.
But this time it was not used in the adventure pool.
Freising
- A 17-year-old boy was on his bike on Rabenweg in Freising on Sunday at around 2.15 p.m. when he "fell on his own" and injured himself not far from the Fresch adventure pool, as the Freising police announced when asked by FT. Help was called via the rescue control center in Erding - in this case a helicopter came (probably because all the rescue vehicles were in use, according to the police). The young man was flown to a hospital by rescue helicopter.
The news that "another helicopter has landed at fresch" sparked concerns in many Facebook groups that someone might be injured or drowned again in the outdoor pool.
Because only at the end of June did an 11-year-old girl have to be reanimated after she drowned in the diving pool.
In the dramatic deployment, two boys became lifeguards.
And a week before that, a 12-year-old boy had to be reanimated after a swimming accident.
Thanks to the swift intervention of bathers and lifeguards, both children were saved.
Within an hour, a second rescue helicopter was also in action in Freising on Sunday - in the event of a "domestic accident", as Police Commissioner Ferdinand Probst reported when asked by FT.
A child was flown to the hospital as a precautionary measure after a fall.
