The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population announced the registration of 67 new infections and 7 deaths from the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
Khaled Mujahid, the official spokesman for the ministry, said in a statement today that the total number of coronavirus infections in Egypt has so far reached 283,703, and the total number of deaths has reached 16,446.
Mujahid indicated that 432 people recovered from infection with the Corona virus have been discharged from hospitals, bringing the total of those recovered to 223645 people to date.
