Carmen Aristegui, journalist and presenter of CNN en Español, says that according to recent consultations with the Israeli company NSO Group, creator of the Pegasus software, it is neither affirmed nor denied that this tool is still in use in Mexico.

Pegasus is a program to persecute terrorists and criminals, however, some clients of the firm have used it to carry out espionage in different parts of the world, according to an international investigation.
