The Special Adviser to the Presidency of the Republic, Luna Al-Shibl, confirmed that President Bashar al-Assad's speech after taking the constitutional oath focused on the need to draw lessons and lessons from what happened at the beginning of the aggressive war on Syria, and to search for solutions from within and not to wait for the outside and its changes.
Counselor Al-Shibl explained in an interview on the Syrian Al-Ekhbariya channel this evening, “We in Syria are fighting a complex war with multiple forms of defense, and we have resisted because we have no choice but to persevere. Difficult but finding solutions and solutions do not come without a price.
Al-Shibl added, "We must rely on ourselves and turn this ordeal into a solution so that we can continue," noting that there are "many countries that have been able to stand on their feet because of their faith and postulates, and this is the crux of President al-Assad's speech. Because you cannot stand on your own two feet and come up with solutions if you do not have postulates.”
She indicated that President al-Assad was clear in his speech regarding thinking of solutions from within, not waiting for the outside and its changes, and the need to teach generations about who betrayed, sold and betrayed, and that there is no gray matter in the matter of patriotism, and that treason is not a point of view.
Chancellor Al-Shibl stressed that the anti-corruption process in Syria began several years ago and is progressing and expanding, and there are major heads that have been hit, and that the process continues and whenever conditions improve, the fight against corruption will be higher, and this process will not stop because it is not possible to build a state with corruption that absorbs its capabilities.
In response to a question about the difficult decisions recently taken by the President, Chancellor al-Shibl said, "The state does not take easy decisions, and now it does not choose between an easy decision and a difficult decision. The state has a choice between a difficult decision and a more difficult one, and therefore chooses the least difficult.. Yes, there are painful decisions and the leader is forced To put the pain aside and move forward, no matter how difficult the decisions are.”
She added, "We can make decisions that people may like, but as a result, they will not be beneficial to them, and when the leader puts the pain aside and continues, he feels the pain many times over for the citizen."
In response to a question about some calls for normalization with the Israeli occupation entity, the Special Adviser to the Presidency of the Republic said, “Abandoning land and rights is not a government or president’s decision, but a people’s decision. What applies to the Israeli occupation applies to other occupations,” stressing that the President emphasized in his speech that the resistance Popularity is an option capable of expelling the occupiers, considering at the same time that distancing oneself from the issues of others is a dangerous matter, pointing out that he repeatedly asked Syria to distance itself from the Palestine issue, but it did not.
Al-Shibl indicated that the United States wants to “blow out” countries and semi-states, presidents and governments that stand against their people, and that President al-Assad refused to stand against his people and is still required to do so, and that the Syrian state turns into a failed state, noting that President al-Assad stressed that popular resistance is a capable option. to expel the occupier.
On the issue of the Constitution Discussion Committee, Al-Shibl said that the President was honest and transparent in his conversation with the people in this regard. He said that there can be no dialogue in the Constitution Discussion Committee without the dialogue being Syrian and Syrian under the auspices of Syria, and when these persons represented from the other side in this committee return.
