A long parliamentary process
The health pass must then be extended in early August to shopping centers, cafes and restaurants as well as long-distance transport and medical establishments.
In the meantime, the bill relating to these new measures must be presented on Monday in the Council of Ministers and the Council of State must also give its opinion.
He could revoke the provision aimed at isolating each infected person for 10 days and checks by the police, if necessary.

Wednesday afternoon, after Jean Castex spoke on TF1, the health pass will be debated in the National Assembly in public session.
The next day, the bill will be presented to the Senate before the meeting of a joint committee on Saturday.
