A fire broke out on Sunday July 18 in the middle of the afternoon in the area of Millas and Néfiach (Pyrénées-Orientales).

The exit at Millas is compulsory in the Perpignan - Bourg-Madame direction, but traffic is normal in the other direction.
According to the mayor of Néfiach, the fire is of human origin.
An inhabitant of Perpignan is said to have caused the fire to start by burning objects in a field.
An investigation has been opened.
