There was massive flooding here on Saturday evening.
Torrential rains caused the streams to rise only a few days after the flood disaster in neighboring Germany.
"The situation is very tense, sometimes dramatic," said a police spokesman, according to various media reports on the spot.
So far, however, there has been no evidence of injuries or missing persons.
The emergency services were able to evacuate people from their homes with boats and trucks.

However, the flood situation remains tense.
The authorities are in the process of securing lower parts of the city on the Bavarian border against renewed flooding, a spokesman said on Sunday.
Several dozen residents of a settlement in a part of the city had to evacuate their apartments as a precaution.
At the same time, clean-up work is in progress in the old town.
"We are assuming a loss of millions," said the city spokesman.
