Axel Kicillof led an act on Tuesday for paving works on the Cereal Route,
in Guaminí
, in which he took the opportunity to defend the management of the coronavirus pandemic and to criticize the opposition.
"We are going to remember those who boycotted
the care measures," said the governor of the Province of Buenos Aires.
"We will remember those who bet on others, on health as something collective and public. And we will remember those who boycotted, one by one, all the measures of care,"
warned
the Buenos Aires president.
"There is a
selfishness and pettiness
that goes beyond what politics and the media have accustomed us to, it has no point of comparison," continued Kicillof, with his sights fixed on opponents and key campaign.
He cited the example of
a textile SME
that became a chinstrap producer: "While others seek to generate outrage and
preach and convey hatred
, others were thinking how to earn a living while helping others."
And he sent another message to the opposition, on the way to the 2021 elections: "Here it is not about winning a vote or
an inch a day
, but about not losing and winning in health and lives.
Let them speak and keep talking
, I have no doubt that this society understands. "

Kicillof was accompanied by the mayor of Guaminí, José Noble Ferreira (from the Frente de Todos);
the Minister of Infrastructure, Agustín Simone;
and the national director of Roads, Gustavo Arrieta.
The governor thanked Alberto Fernández for managing the pandemic and defended the measures taken by the national and provincial government.
In that sense, he
reiterated that vaccination took "a spectacular pace."
"Last week Argentina was one of the two countries that vaccinated the fastest. In the Province, we vaccinated
almost 1 percent
of the population. As a country we have 15 or 16 as the largest number of vaccines. But
we cannot make a flag
, in In a pandemic there is not much to celebrate, "Kicillof said.
He remarked that he works "so that no Buenos Aires city lacks the vaccine" and pointed to the criticisms, which he described as "a
machine of defeatism and discouragement
and of killing self-esteem."
Pandemic, dictatorship and Malvinas
In another section of his speech, the former Minister of Economy referred to the
"deniers" of the pandemic
, which - due to its effects - he put at the level of the military dictatorship and the Malvinas War.
"We are going to remember these situations, they are
going to leave scars
, like those generations that went through state terrorism, war.
I don't want to compare it
, they have nothing to do with it, but I'm talking about events that leave scars," said the Buenos Aires governor. Aires.
"Future generations are
going to ask what happened
, how it was done. It is impossible for this to go unnoticed and that there is someone who does not affect it," he added.

He recalled that his government has been "three months without a pandemic and 15, with a pandemic."
He said that "this was unexpected" and "you have to be very
denial so that it doesn't affect you
."
"Even those who have resources and can go to a very remote place where the pandemic does not reach them, they would have to be very insensitive so that
the drama
that affected humanity
has not touched them
," Kicillof sought to sensitize.
Message to the producers and criticism of Vidal
The Buenos Aires president also stressed the importance of the
paving
works of
"La Ruta del Cereal"
,
which passes through towns in the center and west of the Province of Buenos Aires.
They are
1,900 million pesos
, he assured, "to favor a productive sector."
"In the nineties, 20 and some kilometers are built, in the
previous government it was promised, it was not fulfilled
and only one section was made. It was left halfway. In the Province, things have to be started and finished," Kicillof emphasized , thus pointing to his predecessor, María Eugenia Vidal.
In this regard, he dedicated a few words to
the field sector
: "It is not in favor,
we do not expect thanks.
We do it
because it corresponds
. Buenos Aires is a regional industrial power and of Argentina. But not only industrial, also in agricultural production" .
In that sense, he added: "Sometimes I wonder if
those who accuse
do not realize that it is essential for us to enhance the capacity of our province, to generate greater production, serving the most neglected and small agricultural producers.
For them it is this
Cereal Route ".
