The Yaumatei Seawater Service Reservoir Recreation Garden, known as "Kingsberg Reservoir Hill", has been attracting many local residents to the site. Morning commuters in the area reported that the horizontal bars under the mountain are far away from the lawn, so they hope to add horizontal bars to the lawn for stretching before and after exercise. The proposal submitted by Zhu Ziluo stated that it is considered to install horizontal bars in the open space beside the pavilion between the Yau Ma Tei Seawater Distribution Reservoir pumping station and the weather station, replace the existing fitness facilities for the elderly beside the pavilion with horizontal bar fitness facilities, and replace a picture next to the service reservoir. The triangular open space is included in the LCSD park area to meet the needs of residents in the area for additional facilities.

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department replied that the Yau Ma Tei Service Reservoir Leisure Garden now has three sets of three-in-one fitness facilities for the elderly. The Department has also sent personnel to inspect the site and believe that it is feasible to add horizontal bars to the site, but because the garden is located in the Yau Ma Tei Service Reservoir On the upper part of the building, any alteration or addition of facilities must comply with the Water Supplies Department’s construction standards for water distribution reservoirs. Feasibility studies will be conducted with the relevant engineering departments in the future.
In addition, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department pointed out that due to the remote location of the triangular open space outside the weather station and the lack of connection with the garden, it has not planned to develop the site in consideration of cost-effectiveness and technical feasibility.
As for the lighting system, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department replied that because there is no electricity supply in the area and the project is complicated, it needs to negotiate with multiple departments first.
