Russian President Vladimir Putin has condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted a market in Sadr City, Iraq, which killed and wounded dozens.
A Kremlin statement reported by RIA Novosti news agency stated that President Putin offered his condolences to his Iraqi counterpart, Barham Salih, for the victims of the terrorist bombing. .
