"
I am informing you of the receipt at the prosecutor's office of a complaint from the victim today (Tuesday, editor's note),
" Rennes prosecutor Philippe Astruc told AFP.
The complaint was filed for "
willful violence with weapons or by persons holding public authority, and resulting in permanent disability
" as well as "

A rave party that degenerates
Violent clashes broke out that night between the police and the participants in the rave party organized in tribute to young Steve, who died after falling in the Loire during a police intervention on the evening of the Fête de music 2019.
“
For the moment the etiology (the causes, editor's note) of the serious hand injury is not established. Investigations are continuing in this direction as well as on the organization of relief,
”said Philippe Astruc.
The Techno + association, which works to reduce the risks associated with festive practices, indicated that it had taken charge of "
22 victims mainly injured due to projectiles, de-encircling grenades and LBD
".
"
There was a problem with this explosive device and there was no care for the injured by the firefighters,
" Stéphane Vallée, lawyer for the victim, told AFP.
"
That there was no possibility for the emergency services to intervene on the spot seems quite incomprehensible to me
," he added.
Two investigations opened
Two investigations for "
unintentional injuries
" and for "
unlawful organization of a festive musical gathering
" had been opened by the prosecution.
The prosecutor seized the recordings of the calls to the firefighters and had several firefighters heard.

The young man was able to leave the clinic on June 23 and was prescribed a 90-day temporary incapacity for work (ITT).
