Young woman sets up her little sister's new cell phone - and discovers a terrible secret

- The young woman wept bitter tears in court when she told of her shocking discovery.

While setting up the cell phone for her little sister, she found out in a chat that the younger one had been sexually abused by the mother's new husband.

Her stepfather (44) is accused of raping her sister in 84 cases between July and October 2020.

There were also other attacks in the home and while driving.

The defendant confessed to the offenses.

Now he apologized to the child's mother, his ex-wife, who had come to court in Munich with her first ex-husband.

"I'm incredibly sorry for what I did to you and your daughter," said the man.

"I can't take it back, but I hope that someday you can forgive me." Then he sat down again.

“That's strong stuff,” the woman responded.

"Where do you actually live, behind the moon?" She lost 20 kilos in four weeks.

As a result of the attacks, the two close-knit blended families had broken up.

The woman reported existential worries.

But in addition to the material problems, the victim's mother also had to struggle with emotional grievances.

Man and daughter surprised during sexual acts in the garden

When the woman found her daughter and her husband engaged in sexual acts in the garden during the Whitsun holidays, she still believed that the girl was rushing forward.

She would never have suspected her husband until her older daughter discovered incriminating material in a cell phone chat that the child's father had already deleted on his cell phone.

"I always stood behind my husband and thought it came from the daughter," continued the mother.

They fought for attention, even with negative behavior.

That the daughter cheated on her with her husband had offended her.

“As a mom you have to struggle, too,” she said and cried briefly.

44-year-old reported himself to the police

After the abuse became known, the 44-year-old reported himself to the police and was taken into custody. As early as 2005 there is said to have been an incident involving child pornographic files. His wife immediately turned to the school psychologist, the youth welfare office stepped in and took the accused's biological children from the woman's family. She regretted that very much in court. The son in particular would have integrated himself very well into school and football club and finally found friends. The process is ongoing.
