The members of the male choir Rondo Vocal also set about clearing the garden of the mother of one of the band members from rubble, mud and bulky waste.

The song has been used for years at soccer games and carnival celebrations.
Now it served the residents in the Ahrweiler district as a ray of light amidst rubble and mud.
The five men from Rondo Vocal were filmed while serenading by a neighbor who posted the emotional video on Facebook.
