The former president of the government of Spain Felipe González spoke with Andrés Oppenheimer about the reality of Cuba.
He says the first thing to do is "remove the justification" for the US embargo.
He added that Cuba is in a situation similar to the first years of the 1990s, and that the European Union can play a fundamental role.
