The municipalities in the district feel that it is under pressure.

- The Free State's offer to bear 50 percent of the investment costs for air filters comes at an inopportune time for many district councilors.
Not only that the state government is charging corona-stricken municipalities with half the costs.
For many municipalities, it doesn't work out anyway.
"Because of 50 percent," said Greens spokeswoman Susanna Tausendfreund: "We have calculated that." In larger classrooms, two filter systems would sometimes have to be set up, according to the Pullach town hall chief: "On average, we come to 28 percent." before taking over 50 percent;
but a maximum of 1750 euros per room.
"That is not satisfactory."
District office and the majority of the parliamentary groups see themselves under pressure.
“A dilemma”, says District Administrator Christoph Göbel (CSU): “That is not satisfactory.” The main question would be “who does the most first”.
In the worst case, municipalities would burden themselves with high maintenance costs.
A few days after the debate in the building committee, the parliamentary groups found no peace in the district committee either. The most important thing is that children can go back to school, Brunnthal's Mayor Stefan Kern (CSU) renewed his demand to enforce face-to-face teaching, but does not want to be guided by funding alone. Oberhaching's town hall chief Stefan Schelle (CSU reported from the Zweckverband Südost), where devices were purchased “that are just standing around”: too loud, no space, the wrong choice. Alexander Greulich (SPD) suspects a game with ulterior motives: Too many studies “with Certain manufacturer closeness "are on the market." Under these circumstances, Ismaning's mayor considers 50 percent funding to be questionable. Christoph Nadler (Greens) accuses the state government of engaging in populism.to enforce the connectedness enshrined in the constitution - the protection of the municipalities from excessive financial demands.
The parliamentary groups remain committed to not equipping rooms in district schools with air filters in every case.
The circle continues to rely on tailor-made solutions in individual cases.
The district council will decide next Monday.
