St. Stephen’s Girls’ High School champion Chen Lerong shared her experience when she said that starting from the second semester of Secondary Five, the study time will be extended, with an average of 8 to 9 hours of study per day. On weekends, she will meet with friends so she can relax.

She also said that she would watch online videos, listen to "youtuber" sharing test experience, and would also ask school elder sisters for advice.

She has passed the eighth level of piano qualification in Form Three. She will relieve her stress by playing the piano and reading. She will also listen to K-pop songs, watch Korean variety shows and dramas to reduce stress, and even intend to learn Korean.
