The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced the registration of five deaths and 51 new infections with the Corona virus during the last 24 hours.
In its daily report, the ministry stated that the total number of corona infections in the country amounted to 283,813, of whom 16,457 died, while 225,068 people recovered.
And Muhammad Al-Nadi, a member of the scientific committee to combat Corona in the ministry, had stated earlier this month that the third wave of Corona passed peacefully, and he expected a fourth wave of the pandemic in the country early or mid-September.
