Geneva-Sana

The World Health Organization has warned of the dominance of the “Delta” mutated from the Corona virus during the coming months in a number of countries around the world.

And Agence France-Presse quoted the organization as saying in a statement today that it is expected that the Delta mutant from Corona will quickly replace the other mutant to become dominant in the coming months, noting that it is not yet clear the exact mechanism that makes this mutant more transmissible compared to other variables.

The organization attributed the spread of the delta mutant to four factors, namely the emergence of more spreadable strains, laxity in following public health measures, stronger social mixing, and a slow pace of vaccination, likely to become the delta mutant responsible for more than 75 percent of new infections in a number of countries in the world.

And US health sources revealed yesterday that the “delta” mutator represents about 83 percent of cases of HIV infection in the United States.

It is reported that the delta variant is a mutated form of the Corona virus that spreads more easily than other copies and was first discovered in India, but its presence has now been determined worldwide.

According to the latest statistics of the American World Meters website, the total number of corona infections around the world since its appearance in December 2019 so far has reached 192577,302 injuries and deaths to 4138,248 cases.
