Iraqi Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein confirmed that the fourth round of strategic dialogue between Iraq and the United States will be the last and will witness agreement on scheduling the American withdrawal from the country.
Hussein said in a statement to "Al-Iraqiya News" channel that "the current US administration understands the situation in Iraq in a way that contradicts the previous administration," noting that the meeting of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi and US President Joe Biden will discuss the overall Iraqi-American relations.
Hussein suggested the return of Iraq and America to the 2008 agreement after the end of the rounds of dialogue, in reference to setting a time limit for the American withdrawal from Iraq.
