Dachau - In the district of Dachau there is now officially a Green Youth.
After the initiators Julia Mählich, Johanna Dorr and Alexander Heisler had digitally organized a foundation with election to the board in December 2020 (we reported), they now invited the members to attend the board election.
In a first ballot, the spokespersons Johanna Dorr and Julia Mählich and the treasurer Alexander Heisler were confirmed in their office.
In the second ballot, four assessors were elected to complete the district board: Isabel Hansen, Lina Stremplat, Leonie Süß and Martin Sattler.
Together, the Green Youth would like to start the election campaign for the federal election and carry out other actions.
Among other things, a queer fight club with the Bavarian Green Youth and a film evening are planned for August 11th.
The Green Youth would also like to present itself at information stands in the coming weeks, in order to get in touch with young people in particular and to gain further members.
The Green Youth is the youth organization of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen and acts autonomously and independently.
It is an association of young people up to and including the age of 27 who are committed to the common goals of tolerance, justice, solidarity, feminism, democracy, ecology, anti-fascism and anti-racism.
