Homs-Sana
The director of real estate interests in Homs indicated to Dadokh visitors that the value of real estate fees collected of all kinds during the first half of this year amounted to more than 360 million pounds, as a result of documenting contracts, real estate and cadastral data, plans and technical costs.
Daduk explained to the SANA Economic Bulletin that the number of documented contracts for the same period amounted to 15,670 and the number of technical costs executed 799, while the value of the completed technical fees exceeded 9.8 million pounds, indicating that the number of real estate restrictions, inheritances, matches and bonds completed for the same period amounted to 81,586 bonds, while secretarial plans and cadastral data were 11,922 statements. As for the number of contracts images from the warehouse, 4098 images are planned.
