A 41-year-old from Bruckmühl currently has to answer to the Miesbacher Schöffengericht for serious sexual abuse of a minor.
Between September 2018 and January 2019, the man is said to have sexually assaulted the then 13-year-old daughter of a work colleague in the Tegernsee Valley region.

After her release, she finally wanted to break off contact because she had meanwhile found a friend.
Because the defendant stalked her, her mother forbade her to interact with the man.

She once stayed with the defendant, and nothing happened.

Finally, a school friend told a teacher about the matter.
The school then contacted the mother, which resulted in a complaint.
